Like most employers with more than 50% of its employees being disabled, Ergotep, the cooperative of disabled people, only fulfilled one social function at the beginning, that of simply employing disabled people. Nowadays it is increasing not only the number of disabled employees, but also the quality of their jobs, which in turn raises the company’s overall turnover.
